If you are a distance learning (online) student and feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved through our institutional process then you may contact the appropriate agency listed below:
*Students from states participating in SARA (which is all states except California and Massachusetts) should file their complaints with the Illinois Board of Higher Education.However, such students may also file a complaint with the appropriate agency in their home state.
