AGCO

Parkland College, in partnership with AGCO Corporation, a global leader in agricultural machinery and precision agriculture technology, offers the AGCO Service Technician Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program. This hands-on, industry-driven program trains the next generation of skilled technicians to service AGCO-branded equipment, including Fendt® and Massey Ferguson® models.

Housed in Parkland’s state-of-the-art AGCO training center, a $6 million facility made possible by a $5 million donation from AGCO, students gain direct experience with the latest agricultural technology. The program follows a work-based learning model, rotating students between classroom instruction and real-world fieldwork with sponsoring AGCO dealerships.

With AGCO’s continued growth across North America, demand for skilled technicians has never been higher. The second cohort begins in Fall 2025, offering students the opportunity to earn an accredited associate degree while developing the hands-on skills needed for a high-demand career in agricultural equipment service.
