Enrollment Blitz 2020: Apply, Set Classes, More

Last call for fall! Get one-stop enrollment services now through Aug. 21

Parkland College is helping residents sign up for Fall 2020 classes both at the campus and virtually through a one-stop enrollment services event.

Fall Enrollment Blitz 2020 runs now through Aug. 21, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., both on the first floor of the student union (U building) and via Zoom. Since Parkland College's fall semester classes begin Monday, Aug. 24, the event is especially useful for those who have steps yet to complete in their enrollment. 

During Enrollment Blitz, new and returning students can receive help from the college's Student Services offices, including Admissions and Records, Financial Aid and Veteran Services, Assessment Center, and Counseling Services. From completing an admissions or financial aid application to registering for classes, Enrollment Blitz has what all students need to prepare for a great new semester.  

Enrollment Dean Kristin Smigielski emphasized that residents do not need to come in person to campus to receive the full spectrum of services to enroll this fall.

"Whether they come to campus or talk to our Student Services staff members live through Zoom, new and returning students will still get all the help they need to successfully build their fall class schedules," she said.
