WPCD is a non-commercial radio station. Underwriting and donor announcements on 88.7 are given to acknowledge and/or to publicize those businesses and individuals who support our broadcasting program. Announcements are scheduled accordingly, limited to a maximum of 60 seconds and can include the following information:
• Donor’s Business Name
• Donor’s Business Location
• Donor’s Business Telephone Number
• Non-comparative descriptions of the products or services offered by the donor
