Electronic Submission Steps
for PC users
(Please note: ePrint software must be installed on your computer before electronic submissions can be made.
ON Campus: Call 353-2633 for installation service.
OFF Campus: Download the ePrint software. The virus protection on your computer may need to be temporarily disabled to allow the ePrint download.)
First time users:
First time users should go online to http://webprint.parkland.edu to set and save your preferences.
A) Log on to ePrint site using your login Novell Client for Window password.
B) Select the preferences tab complete the information and select save.
Electronic Submission Steps
1) Open file you want printed
2) Select file print and choose the Parkland prinshop printer.
3) Log on to ePrint site using your login Novell Client for Window password. Your document will be in the Document Library.
4) Select the file you want to print (only one at a time please) and select submit.
5) Complete the job ticket: select or enter
• paper, quantity, finishing, etc.
• enter any special instructions on the options page
6) Select send button
7) Select send Job to Printroom button
You should receive a print reference number and the following message:
Your documents were successfully sent to the server
If you need help please call us at 351-2516 and we will guide you through the process.
Helpful Hint:
Documents will remain in your library until you delete them.
If you need to reprint just log on the ePrint system and select the job from your library. |

for MAC users
(Please note: This system only accepts PDF documents)
First time users:
First time users should go online to http://webprint.parkland.edu to set and save your preferences.
A) Call Campus Tech at 353-2633 for your ePrint username and password.
B) Log on to the ePrint site
C) Select the preferences tab, complete the information, and select save.
Electronic Submission Steps
1) Open file you want printed
2) Create or convert the file to a PDF and save it to the desk top or hard drive.
3) Log on to the ePrint site
4) Log on and go to the upload page and choose the select button.
5) Browse to your PDF file, select the file, and open or OK to upload the file.
6) Select upload (again) on the upload page.
7) Your document library will open. Select the file you want to print and the submit button.
8) Complete the job ticket: select or enter
• paper, quantity, finishing, etc.
• enter any special instructions on the options page
9) Select send button
10) Select send Job to Printroom button
You should receive a print reference number and the following message:
