How to Apply
Parkland's earth sciences offerings include weather (metereology) and geology courses. ESC 101 (Introduction to Weather) and ESC 102 (Introduction to Physical Geology) meet the IAI transfer requirements. These two courses, along with ESC 220 (Field Geology) are popular courses for non-science majors and are also good introductory science courses for those considering science majors. All provide hands-on learning opportunities, and the geology courses feature field trips.
