Parkland College's Sustainable Campus Committee will host a free screening of the award-winning film "Split Estate" on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. in Room C118. The event is open to the public.
This Emmy Award-winning documentary (Red Rock Pictures, 2009) examines of the conflicts that can arise between U.S. surface land owners and those who own and extract the energy and mineral rights below the land, according to the film's website.
