Online Forms

  
If letting your fingers do the walking is your preference, then letting your fingers do the talking may be a convenience for you, too.  The Library's web page includes online forms which allow you to enter and submit your information without having to wait in line for the next available Library staff member.  You won't need to deal with busy signals or voice mail either.  Instead, you can find a list of the Library's available forms on the "Library Services" page in the drop-down menu "Select a Request Form."

These forms are available 24/7 (twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week) and are monitored daily by the Library staff when classes are in session.

At present the following forms are available:

  • PRO - Parkland Reference Online.  Ask a short-answer, factual question and you should receive a response within 24 hours (with certain restrictions).
  • Interlibrary Loan.  Submit the information about either a book or an article which you are interested in receiving through our interlibrary loan service.
  • Library Instruction.  Designed for Parkland instructors, this form allows you to schedule an instruction session for your class.  Please try to schedule at least a week in advance.
  • Suggestion Box.  Let us know what you think about Parkland Library.

Instructions for using each form are included.  If you encounter any difficulty in understanding the forms or using them, do not hesitate to contact a member of the Library staff.  Librarians may be contacted at the Information Desk either in person or at ext. 3839.

These forms continue our efforts to increase communication with the people we serve.  We invite you to use these online forms - we think you'll find them helpful!
