In November
as part of the events of International Education Week, the Library
co-hosted International Teatime for Parkland's international
students. Students of many nationalities met to chat, enjoy
refreshments, and browse through library materials. The event
was thoroughly enjoyed by students, faculty and staff and deemed a
"huge success."

Librarian Frances Drone-Silvers
(standing in blue) speaks with the students.

Martha
Bowser-Kiener, Professor of French and Director of Study Abroad,
(seated center), enjoys the conversation.

Tod
Treat, Dean of Academic Services (second from the left),
Kiley Owen, Assistant Director International Student Services (far
right),
and students pause for a picture.
