Where Have All the H's Gone?
Just when you thought it was safe to return to Parkland Library -- after last summer's remodeling project -- you may have encountered our newest mystery ..... Where did we move the books that begin with G and H call numbers?
Yep, it was another busy summer for the Library's staff and student assistants as we relocated those books to the third floor. As part of a long-term Library remodeling project, the area which the H's formerly occupied has been ear-marked for something else, and those books just had to go! You'll find them if you turn left at the top of the stairs leading to the third floor. We are still shifting the books to fill in the moved shelves, and we'll be fine-tuning the spacing for the collection on the third floor as we go along.

In the meantime, the former H area is now a temporary reading/study lounge.
But watch out ..... Next year we'll continue the overall remodeling plan, and you may once again be singing "Where Have All the (fill in the blank) Gone?"
