you can earn college
credit
while attending high school.
Parkland's Dual Credit program helps you earn credit toward your high school diploma and a college degree at the same time. You may register for any Parkland class, including online classes, providing you meet the prerequisite(s).

To participate in dual credit, talk to your guidance counselor or principal, or call Dawn Good at Parkland College, 217/353-2663. Check with your guidance counselor to make sure you receive high school credit for classes not specifically designated as dual credit courses.
