Real Estate Transactions (Sales License)
Prepare for the Illinois Real Estate Salespersons License examination with Harrison Strange. This 15-session course covers a broad range of information on Real Estate Brokerage, License Law, Legal Principles, Appraisal, and Finance. Those eligible to obtain the license must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), and successfully complete the required 45 hours of Pre-License education (RES 710).
NOTE: Students must attend a minimum of 90% of all course sessions and receive a passing grade on the final course examination to receive a Uniform Real Estate Transcript. A Uniform Real Estate Transcript is required in order to be eligible to take the state examination.
