If you have rental property or are considering renting property, this 15-hour course will provide you with the tools professional property managers use to attain and maintain their goals, minimize losses and maximize income. Participants will learn how to operate a rental business like a professional. Topics include tenant selection, codes and regulation compliance, legal action process, tenant occupancy, record keeping and budget controls.

The instructor, Margaret Mead, managed rental units including market rate, subsidized credit and commercial units for more than 23 years. She has managed four properties and 600 units and is a consultant for government programs and management companies.
