Greenville College GOAL Program
Opportunity is knocking for Parkland College adult learners that want to complete a bachelor’s degree but need to remain employed while doing so. Parkland has partnered with the Greenville College GOAL program to make higher education even more available for students.

Greenville College Opportunities in Adult Learning, or GOAL, allows working adults who have already completed a minimum of 60 semester credits to earn a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. Organizational leadership is a broad-based field of study with application in a wide range of careers and industries. The organizational leadership curriculum offers courses in communication, leadership, and the social sciences. It generally complements the strong technical skills and years of experience that adult students bring to the classroom.

GOAL provides an 18-month accelerated course of study that requires students to take one course at a time, one night a week. Classes are taught by Greenville College faculty and meet from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Illinois Employment and Training Center, 1307 North Mattis Avenue in Champaign. Champaign is one of 12 instruction sites opened since the program began on the Greenville College campus in 1995. Other GOAL instruction sites include Springfield, Decatur, Jacksonville, Godfrey, Belleville, Centralia, Effingham, Fairfield, Red Bud, and Edwardsville. -learn more-
